Some features or services require payment. By subscribing to a paid offering, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms presented at the time of checkout. Paid offerings may include multiple products (such as feature plans or storage plans), which may be billed together on a single invoice depending on your account configuration.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time in your account settings. Cancellation will apply to future charges only.
If you upgrade, downgrade, add, or remove a paid product, the change may take effect immediately and may result in prorated charges or credits based on the remaining time in your billing period. If all paid products on your account are canceled, your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until that date.
All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, downgrades, or unused services. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at hello@tyle.space.
We may update our pricing model from time to time. In such cases, we reserve the right to adjust your subscription to align with the new pricing structure. We are committed to ensuring that any changes maintain similar value to what you had prior to the update. If a pricing change affects your subscription, we will notify you in advance and, where possible, provide equivalent features or storage to preserve your subscription’s value.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you use the Service for free, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
